From the first walk-through to daily use.

FOLK sets up warehouse software with you. We map how your warehouse works, configure FOLK around it, train the team on real orders and stay on to improve it.

What we set up.

Each rollout is shaped by the warehouse, the people using FOLK and the checks that have to stay in place.

Understand the operation

Before anything is configured, we map how stock moves and who touches it.

  • Process and hand-off mapping
  • Warehouses, customers and roles
  • What to roll out first

Warehouse management

Racks, stock, orders, customers and documents in one structure.

  • Stock-in and stock-out with approval
  • Rack locations, available and reserved
  • The site in 3D for the office

Cross-docking

Parent and child orders through QC, sorting, groups, docks, drivers and delivery.

How cross-docking works

Your own steps

Steps, checks and approvals set per warehouse and per customer, then published as a version.

Worker app

Each person gets the scan, check, pick and release actions for their job.

Customers and messaging

Customer portal access, WhatsApp on release, and China–Malaysia shipment booking and payments.

How a rollout runs.

You don't have to move everything at once. Start where the need is clearest and grow from there.

  1. Observe and map

Who does the work, what they need to know, and where decisions stall.

  2. Configure and test

Modules, roles, fields, rules and worker app actions, tested on real cases.

  3. Go live with support

Clear owners, training on the floor, and support while the team switches over.

  4. Review and refine

Live work, exceptions and feedback guide the next changes.

What changes when it works.

Success shows in fewer phone calls and fewer surprises between one step and the next.

  • Everyone knows where work isWhat is moving, what is waiting and what is stuck.
  • The right next stepEach person gets the action that belongs to their job.
  • Customers stay informedThey follow their own orders without calling.
  • Decisions you can traceApprovals and completions stay on the record.

Questions about rollout

Short answers. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp.

Ask a question
How does a FOLK rollout start?

With a walk through your warehouse: how stock arrives, who handles it and which checks matter. Modules, roles and workflow steps are then configured and tested on real cases before the team switches over.

Do we need to digitise every process at once?

No. Most operations start with one warehouse, one workflow or one operational gap, then expand once it works.

Can steps differ between warehouses or customers?

Yes. Workflow Studio sets steps, checks and approvals per warehouse and per customer, and publishes them as versions.

Does FOLK handle China–Malaysia shipping?

Yes. In the customer portal, customers can book container space, get a quote, pay deposits and balances, and receive shipments with QR codes.
